Hi all,
The company that runs our PoS program decided to do a major upgrade on a Friday night without warning us (I know right!) which didn’t actually work.

A range of equipment was uninstalled, systems didn’t talk to one another etc.

We tried to pivot as much as possible while we didn’t know what was fully happening.
