Our much-loved Seafood Linguine takes centre stage every Wednesday for Sons of the Sea, our new weekly celebration of the season's freshest seafood.
This crowd favourite combines prawns, calamari and mussels with chilli, garlic, confit tomato, olive oil and white wine for a bowl that's packed with coastal flavours. We'll also be pouring specially selected wine pairings each week to complement our seafood specials.
