For anyone who has ever eaten a banana pancake on the side of a road in Southeast Asia, this one is for you. Our Banana Spring Roll with Dulce de Leche and Passionfruit is our take on a classic that has fed and delighted travellers for decades. Crunchy fried pastry, soft banana folded through with dulce de leche, and a bright hit of passionfruit to finish.
