Introducing a new series - Adventure Starts Here.
Designed to inspire you to adventure locally. For our first trip we took on Mt Glorious in the rain for a fun day out.

We will have plenty more guests join us over the next few weeks. Each adventure will start at the cafe to get some coffee and new clothing then head out to somewhere fun 🤙🏼

During this series we also have an exciting announcement coming on July 6.

✨ THIS THURSDAY NIGHT — OUR ANNUAL CLOTHING SWAP ✨
It’s one of our favourite community events of the year and such a fun way to upcycle clothing, meet people, and give great pieces a new life ♻️💛

A few things you need to know:

☀️ The weather is looking lovely
🌮 We’ll have delicious food from .tasty.pocket
🕠 Event runs 5:30pm–7:30pm
👗 Clothing swap starts at 6pm
🧺 We’re taking clothing donations now during cafe hours
🙌 We’re also looking for a few volunteers on Thursday to help fold, hang, and set up clothing
✨ Alter will be running some specials on the night — keep an eye out
🎶 We’ll have extra seating, a fun playlist, and high vibes all evening
📲 We’d really appreciate you inviting friends and using the Facebook event
🤝 Most importantly — be kind, meet new people, make friends, and enjoy the community around you
🧡 We hope you leave with some clothing you absolutely love

We’ve got extra staff on and will be open till late afternoon to keep the coffees flowing 🙌
We’ve also stocked up on heaps of cookies 🍪 and have plenty of cold foam prepped and ready to go.
So if you have vote tomorrow come to chermside see us,

We are so looking forward to hosting you this Saturday with 🐊
This year there will be a Crocodile, koala, some cute baby marsupials and more! 👀

It’s always a lively and well loved event! This year we have added three extra large shaded gazebos and will be bringing plenty of picnic rugs to share. If you’d like to bring your own camping chair you’re welcome to. There’ll be a 30 minute kid-friendly wildlife show starting from 11 o’clock and then an opportunity to take photos with the animals.
We’d recommend getting there early to leave enough time to find a park, grab a coffee and a spot before the show.

With a high volume of people attending this event, we’d recommend street parking down Pfingst Rd and Norla street.

To help us cover the cost, we have a gold coin donation entry per child.
We also appreciate you coming early to grab coffee
and some treats!

Due to a renovation on the deck, the playground will not be open on Saturday but looking forward to revealing the new space out the back soon :)
