Does our kimchi look spicy because it's so red?
No need to worry. 😊
At Bibimbap & Grill, we use plenty of red capsicum to create that beautiful vibrant colour, along with quality Korean chilli powder that are rich in colour but very mild in heat.
So while our kimchi looks bright red, the spice level is very low.
This winter, you can add our fresh kimchi as a topping to your Sweet Potato bowl for just $1.50 and enjoy a healthy, flavourful boost to your meal.
We also have freshly made, unfermented kimchi available for purchase if you prefer a fresher taste.

When winter came around, my mum would make warm rice filled with sweet potatoes and beans. Remembering the care that she put into filling our table with wholesome, natural ingredients, I hope to share healthy food that brings comfort to both the body and mind.

Free bananas at Hello Bibimbap, Newstead 🍌
A local veggie shop kindly shared these bananas with us this morning.
They may not look perfect, but they're still sweet and delicious. Some are ready to eat, while others may need a few more days to ripen.
At Bibimbap & Grill(Hello Bibimbap), we believe good food shouldn't go to waste.

When I was young, my family would gather together in a warm cosy room, sharing roasted sweet potatoes and kimchi. 🍠🥬
That memory still feels as comforting and sweet as the sweet potatoes themselves.
Kimchi pairs perfectly with sweet potato — the salty, tangy flavour of kimchi balancing beautifully with the natural sweetness of softly oven-roasted sweet potato.
