Three chefs. Three courses. One shared love of local produce.

Glen Barratt, Josue Lopez and Javier Codina will each create a dedicated course, working closely with the region’s farmers and producers to showcase ingredients grown just beyond our doorstep.

Expect a seasonal journey through the Scenic Rim - dishes shaped by the land, the people who work it and the chefs who know it best.

Second stop - Summer Land Camels

As part of Moda’s Farm to Table Scenic Rim Tour, guests visit Australia’s largest working camel dairy, where ethical farming, sustainability, and innovation come together. Summer Land Camels is dedicated to animal welfare and regenerative practices, producing a unique range of camel milk products from paddock to plate.

Guests will enjoy a camel tagine experience, with the opportunity to taste and purchase camel milk products including feta, marinated cheeses, gelato, tasting platters, and camel milk vodka. There is also the chance for younger guests to meet and ride a camel.

A unique and memorable stop that connects directly back to the producers and ingredients behind the menu at Moda Restaurant.

Join us as part of Moda’s Farm to Table Tour through the Scenic Rim. Beginning with breakfast at Moda before exploring the region alongside Javier and meeting the incredible local producers behind the ingredients we use every day.

Valley Pride Produce is a family run Scenic Rim farm growing fresh, seasonal vegetables with a strong focus on sustainability and soil health. Built on care, community, and respect for the land, they combine traditional growing methods with regenerative practices to produce honest, flavour-packed food grown with true pride.

At Valley Pride Produce, guests will:
