We are hiring 2 x Barista All Rounders Casual Full Time
We’re on the hunt for an experienced, bubbly, and confident Barista / All-Rounder to join our vibrant team at Retroespresso! We’re all about great coffee, friendly vibes, and building lasting relationships with our cherished regulars. What We’re Looking For
- Availability to work 32-38 hours per week during early morning shifts (4:45 am–1:00 pm).
- Own transport to reliably start shifts at 4:45 am.
- At least 2 years of barista experience, with the ability to handle high coffee volumes and maintain quality under pressure.
- A customer-focused attitude and the ability to create positive, engaging experiences for everyone who walks through our doors.
Ability to work seamlessly in a fast-paced environment and hit the ground running.
Your Responsibilities
Preparing and serving high-quality coffees.
Engaging with customers and delivering exceptional service.
Assisting with food preparation and general café duties.
Managing daily cash handling, including counting the till.
Maintaining cleanliness and adhering to hygiene standards.

Job Details:
Employment Type: Casual Full Time
Schedule:
4-8 hour shifts (5 days).
Morning availability Monday to Sunday.
Rotating roster with some public holiday and weekend shifts.
Location Requirement:
You must be able to reliably commute to or relocate near Wavell Heights, QLD 4012 before starting the role.
