Dishes showcase distinctive components whether it be our handmade ricotta, or house made Italian pork sausage and dry cured pancetta, derived from local free range pigs. ds to roasted local mushrooms, oven baked leeks and spice-rubbed lamb. The handformed dough is made from an organic stone-milled flour to create a crisp light pizza base that is as delicious as the ingredients it supports. Tinderbox is in the bustling James Street precinct, behind Harveys and adjacent to the Palace Centro Cinema. Seasonal, local, communal: farm fresh, thoughtfully grown and harvested, prepared and cooked to order.
