Dear Valued customers.

We have been trading for 9years as Genkotsu Ramen@Runcorn. Unfortunately, we will finish trading on Sunday 29th Oct. 2023.
Thank you for a lot of support.

We will re-open with new company management and trading as new shop name . Same owner chef and the staff, just re-brand and bit change of the menu.

New ramen release for the winter only special.
This ramen is inspired from "Ishikari-Nabe"(石狩鍋) in part of Hokkaido.

Salmon topping with Tonkotsu Miso flavoured soup with hint of Japanese sake flavour. I believe, this soup is the only one in Brisbane☝️

It is hard to imagine the taste but once you have, you will discover the taste you never experience.
