Raised in a small village in Champasack, Southern Laos, Naly and Sisouk were exposed to the art of cooking and preparing authentic Laotian food at a very young age. at are dining. The two sisters opened their first restaurant in Mawson in 1996. While it proved to be a small venture, the small eatery was modest success and the opportunity for the sisters to expand to Dickson. Since Two Sisters Lao Thai Cuisine Dickson’s opening in 1998, the two sisters have spend almost two decades experimenting, modifying and perfecting their dishes. Now with a second restaurant in Civic, the sisters aim to continue impressing their enthusiasm for the Lao and Thai Cuisine for many more decades in the future. Both Naly and Sisouk hope that all lovers of both Lao and Thai cuisine rediscover the joy of home cooking Two Sisters’ style.
