Salami and Sausage making season has kicked off. A few spots still available for our class next Saturday 27/6. Head to our website for details or even give us a call on 93805339. The day starts with cannoli and Cafe, then we enjoy a 3 coarse lunch dedicated to what’s been made on the day. Then concluding with taking home some sausages made in class. All in all a great Sicilian culture with great stories and great food, taking home a little of what Owner and Head Chef Alfredo La Spina grew up with.
