The Izmir Kumru l had first at a büfe in Şirinyer Izmir.

The tost would be made with the bustle of the locals and filled with salam , sujuk, sometimes sosis,ketçap, turşu and mayonez.

You could also add rus salata.

They are great quality and full of flavour.

To celebrate the vast contributions of refugees ,
