All' Antica Italian Restaurant is looking for a passionate and reliable Pizza & Prep Cook to join our kitchen team on a casual basis with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role for the right candidate.

About the Role:
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen, takes pride in their work and thrives in a team environment.

What We're Looking For:

The successful candidate will:
* Be confident running their own section of the kitchen
* Be a strong team player with initiative, efficiency, and a clean work style
* Have a solid understanding of food hygiene and safety practices
* Be flexible and able to work across different kitchen sections, both independently and within a team
* Have experience with pizza, dough or bread-making (preferred but not essential)
* Take pride in presentation and have great attention to detail
* Be available for some split shifts and weekend work
* Have a minimum of 1+ years commercial kitchen experience

What We Offer
* Casual position with 20–30 hours per week (depending on experience and availability)
* Opportunity to transition into a permanent/full-time role
* A supportive, fun and friendly team environment

All' Antica is a small Italian restaurant with a big heart. We pride ourselves on great food a positive workplace culture and a team that genuinely enjoys working together. This role could also suit a university student seeking flexible, ongoing work.
