We are now back home and preparing to reopen this Saturday on the 27th this week.

Festive Season Trading Hours:

Open: Saturday 27/12 until Wednesday 31/12
Closed: Thursday 1/1

Open: Friday 2/1 & Saturday 3/1 (only)

We are exploring many ramen restaurants in Tokyo. This ramen is one of my favorite nostalgic childhood dishes. With a very clear pork broth and a rich aftertaste of authentic flavour, it is a perfect balance of taste and texture. It is then topped off with many pieces of succulent char-siu pork. Mmmmmm, YUM!!!!😋
