This jar says it all — truffle season has begun.

Our first harvest with Largo, and already the ritual starts. A truffle pulled from the earth is a truffle that cannot wait to be enjoyed. Nestle it with eggs in a sealed jar. Tuck it into uncooked rice, seal it close. Let everything around it become something more.
