Holly has just clocked 3 crazy, wonderful years with us! She manages our venue with a huge amount of care, trains and supports staff exceptionally, spends hours and hours planning, organising, rostering and communicating, and most importantly, really loves what she does (and it shows!). We are all so lucky and thankful for you Hol! ❤️

Dan has officially taken the reins as Head Brewer at Communion!

With over 15 years’ experience in beer and brewing - Dan brings a whole world of knowledge and a few great stories too! He’s joined us from Northwest Sydney and has happily swapped sitting in traffic for sitting and watching wallabies in his backyard.

Dan’s all about dialled-in brewery systems, clear communication, and building a strong, positive team culture, and we couldn’t be more excited to have him leading the beer brigade.

Khiara is heading off on an overseas adventure before making her way back home to Melbourne!

We’ve been incredibly lucky to have her as Assistant Manager at Communion - bringing beautiful service, capable leadership, and a thoughtful eye for every little detail.

We’re definitely sad to say goodbye, but very grateful for the memories, laughs, and friendships we know will continue long after her final shift 💛.
