To everyone who has sent us love, support or reached out in any way, we are completely in awe and have so much gratitude for every one of you.
Opening Elwood was a chance we took 3 years ago and although the odds were against us with bush fires, floods and the pandemic, we were so fortunate to be surrounded by such an incredible community and friends, old and new, who travelled to support us in those times.
We were determined to create somewhere everyone was welcome and it became somewhere that meant so much to so many.
For us it meant purpose and connection, a huge amount of pride in our work and love for our customers and staff.
We still don't have answers for how the fire started or as to when or if we can ever re-open but we want you all to know how lucky we are to have shared delicious coffees, good food and happy moments with you all and they're the memories we'll build our next dream on!
With the birth of our baby girl we'll take this time to watch her grow and fall in love with our new reality.
Hopefully the next adventure is just around the corner.
Again, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
