# # To Our Dear Café63 Raintrees Customers
Hello everyone,
Today, we would like to share some very special news with all our wonderful customers who have always supported us, encouraged us, and continued to visit Café63 Raintrees.
**We are excited to announce that we are opening our second Café63 location at Clifton Village Shopping Centre!**
We have been preparing for this new journey for some time, and although we wanted to share the news with you earlier, we felt it was important to wait until everything was confirmed.
Now that everything is finally coming together, we believe it is the right time to share this exciting news with you.
**Café63 Clifton Village will officially open on Thursday, 29 October, at 5:30 AM!**
For Kate and me, Raintrees has never been just a business.
**We have always thought of Raintrees as our first child.**
In the beginning, our little one could barely take its first steps. There were plenty of challenges, mistakes, and lessons along the way.
But slowly, with love, patience, and hard work, that little child has grown. Now, approaching four years old, it is finally learning to walk confidently on its own.
However, as many of you know, our first child still needs plenty of love, attention, and care from its parents.
We are incredibly fortunate to have such an amazing and dedicated team at Raintrees today. We are genuinely proud of every one of them.
And there is one important promise we want to make to all of you.
**Opening a second café will never mean that we care any less about Raintrees.**
Kate and I will continue giving our very best to both locations. We remain fully committed to providing the same quality food, friendly service, and warm atmosphere that our Raintrees customers deserve.
For those of you who have travelled all the way from the Northern Beaches to visit us at Raintrees, we hope this news is especially exciting!
You will now have another Café63 a little closer to home.
Of course, just like Raintrees in its early days, Clifton Village will have its own challenges.
We will have a new team, new experiences, and probably a few mistakes along the way.
But thanks to everything we have learned from operating Raintrees, and especially from all of you, we hope we can make a slightly better start this time.
We thought some of you might be curious about how the new café is coming along, so **we would love to share a few photos of the current construction and preparations with you.**
Our new Clifton Village café won't be quite as big as Raintrees, but we believe it will be a wonderful space to build another warm and welcoming local community.
If you have some spare time, please come and visit us!
To be completely honest, the first month will probably be a little crazy for all of us.
**But if Kate or I spot a familiar face from Raintrees walking through the door, no matter how busy we are, we will do our best to come out and greet you with the same handshake, hug, and smile as always.**
Seeing familiar faces in our new café would mean more to us than you could imagine.
Finally, we want to say a heartfelt thank you to every single customer who has been part of our Raintrees journey.
Without your support, encouragement, and trust, we would never have had the confidence to take on this new challenge.
**Raintrees will always be our first child, our first love, and the place where this journey began.**
And now, we are getting ready to welcome another little member into our Café63 family.
We sincerely hope you will continue to support us and watch both of our cafés grow together.
**Thursday, 29 October, at 5:30 AM – a new chapter begins at Café63 Clifton Village!**
Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, for being part of our journey.
With love and gratitude,
**Tim & Kate**
