Have you heard of bush beef? 🥩 100% wild harvested from Normanby station, every animal is free-roaming and untouched by feedlots, chemicals or commercial breeding. Resulting in a clean beef, full of character, carrying the true flavour of the FNQ.

Our Cattle Station Beef dish consists of slow braised bush beef with warm earthy spices, pepperberry, lemongrass, turmeric with smoked pineapple chimichurri and wattleseed butter.
