We will release a NEW Ramen on 12th/May/2026(Tue).
Creating this ramen has made the journey of Owner Yoshi as a chef even more meaningful and enjoyable.
That is why he poured all of his passion into every single bowl.

Crystal-clear chicken broth and the deep umami of Ago Dashi carries the harmony of flavor.
Topped Chicken that is marinated with Saikyo Miso shows expression of Japan.
The condiments bring excitement with every sip.

We would like you to experience his story, one slurp at a time.

Soup : Chicken & flying fish clear soup (Japanese top flavored fish broth)

Topping:
- Marinated Chicken with Saikyo Miso
- 1/2 egg
- Fungi
- Ginger
- Shallots
- Nori Seaweed
- White pepper

Condiments :
- Kanzuri ( spicy chilli paste )
- Yuzu
- Salted kelp( 塩昆布)

ONLY 20 serve a day.

Christmas opening hours 2025

We’re expecting the 30th and 31st to be very busy.
