We did it! Rawkous Living did their first catering job! And it was a WILD SUCCESS! Thank you so much to Nâmbi Raven for being such a heart and strength with me on this journey. Thank you to Shantelle Marie and Amber Legay for trusting us and giving us this opportunity to nourish and shine! Thank you Eva Andrea, Shay Ryan, Kathy, Beth Hartig, Krishna Huf and Matali for your assistance... we couldn't possibly have done it without you all! WOOOOOOO!

We got three offers to cater more events from this one event! Wow!

Also got lots of interest in classes... so I'm visioning running some Pretty Much Raw Christmas food classes soon...

It is also the weekend of my, Diana Fruitypants, 40th birthday.. and I can think of nothing more perfect for bringing in the new decade than to share my passion and love with beautiful people on beautiful land...

The event is fully catered by Rawkous Living, which has adapted to include both raw and cooked whole food, plant based foods.

OH. MY. GOODNESS. Rawkous Living's Rainbow Love raw food class was taught IN A BLACK OUT tonight. I am amazed and awed at how smooth, magical and good humoured it was considering the circumstances.

Luckily, the local backpackers - who had power - allowed us to use their kitchen to do our blending and food processing!

And we ate our Rainbow by candle and phone light!!

Introducing the Rainbow Range - Rainbow Sweetie Pie and Rainbow Rad Thai . .. two of our dishes we'll be making at next month's Pretty Much Raw Food class!

Everything is Rainbow this month to celebrate the legalisation of gay marriage (which happens this month!).

Learn and make a three course meal taught by Diana Fruitypants - 5 year high-raw vegan. Learn the principles of the diet that supported Janette and Alan Murray Wakelin to run a marathon everyday for a year around the whole of Australia - in their 60s.

The diet also supports Diana Fruitypants to do a dance degree at age 36, keeping up with 17 year olds.

Learn how to make deliciousness with fruit and vegetables .. your taste buds will be delighted!

Class runs for three hours from 5 - 8pm Sun 18th Feb.

Well another amazing class happened with the Rawkous Christmas Special this weekend!! Deliciousness abound in our juicy treats that are sure to delight all Christmas palates!!

This month we were graced by Mr Microgreens Steve Grist, who generously brought his edible flowers and and abundance of microgreens for us to shower our salads with! Hence our salad was decidedly more tropical looking than the original as you can see below!!

The group bonded easily with some returning Rawsters jumping in quick to show the newbies how it's done! Everyone got hands-on and made beautiful creations - that was the highlight of the class for this Fruitypants!! Thanks everyone and see you at the next class!!
