This role requires a minimum of two years experience with making espresso based coffee and great communication skills including a high level of English.

Looking for someone to do 19 hours per week across three days, plus cover extra shifts for holidays where possible. Ideally someone who is looking to stay 6 months or more.

We are a very small and very busy coffee shop located near Cairns hospital. I am looking for someone who can efficiently handle high volumes of coffee and who enjoys getting to know the regulars.
Extra requirements that are specific to us are being able to lift 25kg and being able to squat under the counter.

This is the last coffee bean bag that I'll be throwing out for a very long time.

As of today we will be using Billyscoffeecairns Roastery beans at The Hut. They deliver in buckets to be used again and again. We will have KG bags on the shelf for convenience, they are resealable so we'll be refilling the same bags as long as they seal properly.
I've been waiting for this moment for a very long time. As ever my goal is to minimise waste, so this is a big deal to me.
Please feel free to offer feedback on the new flavours you'll be experiencing. Please know that our goal is to serve you a coffee you love so if you need your order modified, don't hesitate to ask.
