Oldie but a tasty goodie- one of my first video recipes I did and thought I’d share today 🤗 olive oil cake and spiced milk chocolate mousse tart. All the recipe can be found on my Gronda with all my tips.

Simple shiny and satisfying 🪞 The trick to this glaze is depth of colour. By using a high quality dutch pressed cocoa powder or ultra Dutch.
Minimal ingredients and easy method - makes this recipe easy to learn and implement in your kitchen. If you're making 12 cakes or 600pax function this recipe is bulk friendly to prepare and freeze for back up stock.

Vibrant and natural 🍃 Spinach tuile I like to call this the middle child- not sweet nor too savoury can be used for both parties.
The spinach adds some earthieness but more so for the natural green.
I've paried it with white chocolate and dill 🫶

Pretty in pink 💕 Vanilla bean bavaroise with raspberry and madeleine.
