Made with buttery layers of pastry and baked until beautifully golden and caramelised, it has a crisp exterior, delicate flaky layers, and plenty of rich buttery flavour.

Only available this Saturday and Sunday. Once they're gone, they're gone, so be sure to pop by and enjoy one while they're here!

Have you seen the new range of minis available in our cake cabinet? Introducing the Mini Choux (pronounced shoo). They are delicately filled, light pastries, and are available in three flavours:

- Salted Caramel: filled with vanilla Chantilly and rich salted caramel

- Hazelnut: layered with milk chocolate ganache and hazelnut praline.
