Get ready for Head of the Charles 2026

We are excited to be helping this gun crew on the journey towards glory at Head of the Charles, Boston USA.

Louise, Em, Jo, and Susan are a crew from Sydney. Different clubs. Same goal - win the Head of the Charles. They are already a great crew but they are coming down to Red Shed as they prepare for time on the Lake and help from the coaching team. We look forward to sharing their progress as they build towards October.

Red Shed Resets for Monday 20th July is Nia - Mindful Movement to Music.

Join Laurien for a magical hour of mindful movement, inspired by martial arts, dance arts and yoga. Moving to soul-stirring music, Laurien will lead you in easy-to-follow movement patterns that will reconnect you with your body, mind, emotions and spirit. The movements are suitable for everybody and no previous experience is required. Just a love of music and movement - and a curious mind. At the end of class we will return to stillness and finish with a deep relaxation that will leave us feeling centred, grounded and energised. Wear comfortable clothing and feel free to leave your shoes at the door if this is comfortable for you. Yoga mats will be provided or bring your own.

Monday Resets is available to all Red Shedders. Starts at 5.30pm. Bookings vital through MindBody.

A fun, high-energy HIIT session combining ergs with bodyweight exercises. Expect to work hard, have a laugh, and leave feeling accomplished.

📅 Thursdays – Ergs
A focused 30-minute erg session designed to improve your technique, consistency, and efficiency. Perfect for building confidence on the machine while getting a great workout.

Rowing is on as usual at 6:00am, 8:00am and 11:00am, so jump into the app, book your session, and get out on the water.
