Our owner & head chef Ben is headed up to the snow (again) on Wednesday. But rather than snowboarding he is there for ’s Savour - The Winter Dinner. The menu is in line with what we serve in the restaurant in these colder months, seasonal, local & delicious. The team from will be matching Ben’s food with their wines too! If you can’t secure a seat in the restaurant before we close, it’s probably worth the drive 😉

After 14 incredible years Aubergine will be closing.
Our final service will be Saturday the 1st October 2022.
Simply put, the time has come for us to move on (Although there are no plans yet to move on to).
We are really happy to be able to make this decision on our terms at the right time for us. We have had a great run and we have enjoyed a ton of success and we’ll always look back at the many good times that have been had within our walls with a positive sense of accomplishment.
Over the years we have been fortunate to work alongside many amazing staff that have helped us create the beautiful restaurant that it is and we are so proud of all that we achieved together. We have also been helped by fantastic producers, growers and suppliers.
A big thanks to all of you.
We have just 3 months left and our bookings are open online.
We’re looking forward to seeing everyone over the next few months. If you have a gift voucher we’ll be in touch soon.

Lucas has new wines for the list and on pairing including an exciting arrival of ’s first vintage & Kane has been using all sorts of leftover bits & pieces from the kitchen to spruce the cocktail list, genoa fig anyone??
