Full-Time Restaurant Supervisor

Molto Italian – Kingston Foreshore

Molto Italian is a busy Italian restaurant on the Kingston Foreshore and we’re looking for a full-time Restaurant Supervisor to support daily operations and lead our front-of-house team during service.

The role includes:
• Supervising FOH staff during service
• Supporting smooth day-to-day operations
• Delivering outstanding customer service
• Managing service flow, reservations, and cash handling
• Assisting with staff training and maintaining service standards
• Ensuring hygiene, safety, and workplace standards are met

We’re looking for someone who:
• Has experience as a supervisor or senior FOH staff member
• Is confident running busy services
• Leads by example and communicates well
• Is reliable, organised, and guest-focused
• Is available for evenings and weekends
