Flour, eggs, skilled hands, and a little patience. Rolled, shaped, and made fresh in house, just as it should be.

Since opening our doors, we have rolled, filled, and shaped every piece with care, guided by tradition rather than shortcuts.

The holidays fade, the table is set again, and the familiar comforts return. Fresh pasta rolling each morning, sauce gently simmering, glasses poured, conversations flowing.
