Our chef and owner, Simon Lam, has worked as an experienced chef for 30 years, at numerous restaurants in Australia.
ā€œMango Duckā€ is one of the most popular dishes in China, fusing creativity with tradition.
Mango Duck Restaurant hopes to bring you authentic and delicious Chinese cuisine all the time.
Our meals are cooked with vegetable oil with no additional MSG added.
