Your dinner spent last night in a fridge, not a freezer.

That's the whole difference. We cook on Tuesday, chill it overnight, and drive it to you on Wednesday. No blast freezing. No months in cold storage.

It travels in insulated boxes built to hold temperature the whole way, so what turns up at your door is the same food that came off the wok yesterday.

Everything you'll eat this week was cooked today.

The beef massaman went on low this morning. Beef, carrot, lemongrass, and time doing most of the work. Cashew pork in the wok after that. Connie's dan dan noodles to finish.

No factory. No production line. A small team, a few woks, and the same food we'd cook for our own families.

It's packed and chilled tonight. At your door tomorrow.

Daisy didn’t send William flowers.

She sent him dinner for the week.

Last week, Daisy ordered a PleNOSH meal pack to be delivered directly to William. Maisie sat down, wrote her message by hand, and we packed it inside with his meals.
