Dear Valued Customer,

From today Saturday 5th December 2020 WA business and venues will be required to maintain a mandatory contact register for staff and patrons.

The reintroduction of contact registers is an additiinal protectionmeasure and will assist with WA Department of Health contact tracing, should it be required

We will be required to collect the date, name, telephone number and arrival time of all patrons, staff and contractors that attend the premises

Safe WA can be easily downloaded from Apple App Store or Google Play and scan QR codes which we will provide at the front of the restaurant

Alternertively just simply register manualy on to our record paper.
