Early starts. A warm drum. First crack.

The routine is familiar, but we don’t take it for granted.

Every roast is still an act of attention. Small adjustments. Careful decisions. A commitment to doing things properly, even when no one sees it.

The goal hasn’t changed: roast coffee we’re proud to put our name on.

Some things become routine.

That doesn’t make them any less meaningful.
