We often get asked .. "What is Specialty Coffee" ✨
In short Specialty coffee is the best of the best.
Specialty coffee is the highest graded beans with the 'best' flavours. ☕️

To be considered 'specialty', beans need to score 80 points or above on a 100-point scale.
All our coffee at Honeybird HQ is graded 80 Score PLUS, we wouldn't settle for anything less.

So next time you go out for coffee, or enjoy your brew at home, check if the coffee is specialty graded. We can guarantee you will be able to taste the difference.
