At Daintree Crocodylus, we’ve never owned a deep fryer, and we never will. Our focus has always been on healthy, "home-cooked" style meals that nourish you for your rainforest adventures.

🚨 URGENT UPDATE: Cafe Crocs Temporarily Closed 🚨

To our Daintree explorers and locals,

Due to the major flooding event and significant damage to the Daintree Ferry, we’ve had to make the difficult decision to close Cafe Crocs until further notice.

As many of you know, the ferry is our only lifeline across the river. With current council estimates for repairs sitting at anywhere from two to six weeks, we simply can’t get supplies (or people!) into the jungle safely right now.

We are absolutely gutted to be missing out on your breakfast coffee and hearty jungle dinners, but nature has other plans for the moment.

What you need to know:

Cafe & Lodge: Closed until the ferry is back in action.

Updates: We will keep you posted right here as soon as we have a confirmed reopening date.

We can’t wait to get back to serving up big plates and barista coffee once the river behaves itself again! β˜•οΈπŸŠ
