What a night at the Golfy!!! We saw 10 putts ranging from 4 to 8 metres taken. The were some that went close, but all missed. The $2000 is still on the line. Next Friday 19 June, we will be giving away $2000. IT MUST GO OFF!!!

What a fantastic three days of golf, friendship, and competition at the 2026 Cowra Ladies Open!

A huge thank you to all the players who travelled from near and far to participate. Your sportsmanship, enthusiasm, and support helped make this year's event another memorable success.

Congratulations to all of our winners, placegetters, and nearest-the-pin recipients on your outstanding achievements throughout the tournament and foursomes competition. We were delighted to see such strong fields and excellent golf across all divisions.

We would also like to thank our volunteers, staff, sponsors, and supporters whose hard work behind the scenes ensured the event ran smoothly from start to finish.

We hope everyone enjoyed their time in Cowra and we look forward to welcoming you back for another wonderful Ladies Open next year! 🏌️‍♀️💙

This Friday the Ben Core Electrical putt for cash competition is back.. The jackpot has hit $2000 and this week we are giving up to 10 chances of taking home the prize! Simply purchase tickets to enter the draw (on sale from 6pm). The draws will commence at 7pm. Buy a main meal from the bistro and when you purchase your tickets.. you will get double the amount of entries.

Do you want the chance to play during the week of the NSW Open. Golf NSW has unveiled a new 2 person Ambrose event over a 9 hole format. The competition has 3 categories, being Men, Women and mixed. You can play as many qualification rounds as you like during the qualifying period (April 2026-October 2026) at participating golf clubs.

Cowra Golf Club is proud to be a part of the competition and will hold qualifying events on the last Sunday of the months of June, July, August and September. So grab your partner and try to qualify for the state final. Fees are only $5 per team (plus ordinary green fees).

The top 12 players in each category will proceed to the final. Throw your hat in the ring and have a go. In a similar event held by Golf NSW last year, 2 players from Cowra qualified for the final.
