Beef cheek, slow cooked so it falls apart in your mouth, piled onto our focaccia with fresh rocket, fennel, lemon & topped with balsamic glaze. Bellissimo.

We're building focaccia again, this time it's the chilli scramble. This started back at Bruno&Co, Vito's first coffee shop, on the breakfast menu, and has always remained a fan fave.

We knew we had to keep it, so we tweaked, taste tested (more than we needed to 😉) and the chilli scramble focaccia was born, perfect for early birds. Available from 7:30 Monday - Friday!
