WE’RE HIRING!

We’re on the lookout for someone keen to kick-start a career in hospitality with a full-time traineeship completing a Certificate II in Hospitality.

If you’re hardworking, friendly, eager to learn and love being around good people, coffee and great food, we’d love to hear from you. No experience necessary, just a great attitude and a willingness to learn.

This is a full-time position based at Drift in Crescent Head, with plenty of support and opportunities to grow.

ONE YEAR OF DRIFT

This year has been everything we hoped for, early mornings, busy days, and a lot of good people.

From our regulars to first timers, you’ve all made Drift the place that it is today.

But it hasn’t all been smooth.

We got flooded.
Got locked in for 5 days.
Copped the east coast storms and lost everything to a power outage.

There were moments we genuinely didn’t know if we’d reopen.

But we did. Every time.

And that’s because of our team, and every single person who keeps showing up and supporting us.
One year in — and we’re only just getting started.

Drift in Crescent Head is looking for a Cafe Supervisor / Head Barista to join the team.

This is a hands-on leadership role in a busy coastal café, you’ll be leading from the front, running service, and setting the standard every day. Strong coffee experience is a must.
