Henschke Wine Dinner - Thursday 6th of August - 6pm

A rare chance to taste Henschke’s most iconic Single Vineyard wines side by side across back vintages and new releases.

An intimate evening at Beppi’s, this Henschke Single Vineyard Wine Dinner presents a rare back vintage vs new release tasting, offering a unique opportunity to explore the evolution of some of Australia’s most iconic wines. Each wine will be thoughtfully paired with a refined multi-course menu designed to complement and highlight its character, allowing the focus to remain on the wines themselves.

Guests will be guided through a curated selection of Henschke Single Vineyard expressions, presented side by side:
2008 vs 2025 Henschke Julius Riesling
2013 vs 2022 Henschke Cyril Cabernet Sauvignon
2013 vs 2022 Henschke Mount Edelstone Shiraz
2004 vs 2022 Henschke Hill of Grace Shiraz

From the purity and tension of Riesling through to the depth and structure of Cabernet and Shiraz, each pairing reveals the impact of time, site, and vintage. The evening builds to a remarkable highlight with the Hill of Grace flight — a rare opportunity to compare the maturity and complexity of 2004 with the vibrancy and potential of 2022, showcasing one of Australia’s most celebrated single-vineyard wines in two distinct moments of its life.

A one-night-only experience designed for collectors and serious wine enthusiasts, with strictly limited seating.

An unforgettable evening at Beppi’s celebrating the exceptional wines of Henschke.

A rare tasting experience built around a curated selection of back vintages alongside current new releases, showcasing the evolution and depth of some of Australia’s most iconic Single Vineyard wines.

A true highlight of the night: a side-by-side pouring of two vintages of the legendary Henschke Hill of Grace — 2004 vs 2022 — offering a unique perspective on time, place, and craftsmanship in one of the country’s most revered wines.

With extremely limited seats available, this is an intimate one-off experience not to be repeated.

Zio Gigi Polese (Uncle Gigi-brother of our founder Beppi Polese) certificate of merit from Allied command in the liberation of Italy September 1945. Gigi was a paratrooper in the Italian army and was dropped behind enemy lines in the battles with the Allied forces in the liberation of Italy.
“Lest we forget”. In memory of those who fought against tyranny & for the freedoms we have today. We will be open Saturday for Anzac Day and closed Monday 27th.
