If I was ordering lunch today, it'd be hard to go past the Chilli Tempeh Super Salad.

Packed with mixed lettuce, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, carrot, red onion, sundried tomatoes, feta and avocado, then finished with a simple lemon and olive oil dressing. Fresh, filling and full of flavour.
