UPDATE & THANK YOU ❤️ ❤️❤️

To our amazing customers, local community, and everyone who stood by us,

We would like to share an important update regarding the incidents our restaurant has experienced over the past few months.

Thanks to the overwhelming support from our community, the information shared with us, and the swift action taken by Tasmania Police, the young people involved have now been identified and dealt with.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to everyone who reached out to us with information, shared our post, sent messages of encouragement, and stood beside us during such a difficult time. Your kindness, support, and compassion gave our team strength when we needed it most. Every message, every share, and every act of support reminded us that we are not alone.

We would also like to express our sincere gratitude to Tasmania Police for acting quickly and professionally. Their efforts have helped restore a sense of safety and peace of mind for our staff, our customers, and our local community.

This experience has been incredibly challenging, but it has also shown us the true spirit of Devonport. We have been deeply touched by the generosity, kindness, and unity shown by so many people. We are truly grateful to be part of such a caring community.

Now that this matter is being handled through the appropriate legal process, we will remove the videos to the incidents. Our intention has always been to seek help and protect our staff, customers, and business—not to shame or harm anyone.

We sincerely hope that peace will return to our community and that our restaurant can once again be a place where everyone feels welcome, safe, and comfortable.

UPDATED

PLEASE HELP!!! 🆘

To our valued customers and local community

We are reaching out today because our restaurant has been experiencing ongoing harassment and antisocial behaviours from a group of teenagers over the past three months.

What started as shouting, verbal abuse, and racist comments has gradually escalated into more aggressive and dangerous behaviour.

Despite our efforts to ignore the situation and avoid confrontation, the incidents have continued and become more serious.

Tonight, the group entered our premises again, threw objects inside the restaurant, destroyed some decorations, disrupted and scared both our staff and customers. They also attacked and threw objects to the customer and the lady who tried to help us. They seemed to be extravagant and fear of nothing and nobody.

These incidents have created significant stress and anxiety for our team and have made many customers feel uncomfortable and unsafe.

We have reported these incidents to police many times, and will continue to cooperate with authorities. However, the behaviour continues to escalate more dangerous and scarier, and we are seeking additional support from our community and local authorities to help keep our staff and customers safe.

We are asking for the support of our local community, customers, and authorities. If you have witnessed any of these incidents, have relevant information, or can assist in identifying those guys, please contact the police or send us a private message.

Our restaurant is the place where families, friends, and members of the community should feel safe and welcome. No businesss, employees, or customers should have to experience ongoing intimidation and harassment.

We are sharing CCTV footage from recent incidents to raise awareness and help prevent further occurrences. Faces have been blurred where appropriate, and the footage is shared solely for community safety and assistance.
