I have been to 35 different Kitchens/Businesses

17 in Perth and Surrounding Areas where i mostly learned the right ways and met normal people n chefs

18 kitchens in the bush. Where you would often see bad cooks. (Out of 18 kitchens here so far, I've only met 1good chef that talked and taught me so much more after I left the Hyatt Regency Perth, thanks Peter Steven-John/magic mushroom cafe owner).

Marcus Mathysek is still the best chef I have worked alongside. He was the one that prepared foods for Bill Clinton, Madona...his a la carte skill was impressive and amazing at Royal Perth Yatch Club 2006.. Sometimes you do not need many chefs/cooks but one that knows what to do and well organised.

I have been like a travel chef after Novembar, i have just been to some of these amazing places in WA;Karratha, Port Hedland, Wickhams, Point Samson, Woodie Woodie, Laverton, Forrestania, Mt Webber, Mt Magnet, Mt Ela, Garden Well, Moolart Well, Carlindi...and amazingly i have also met some of Novembars customers ( err you are Novembars Burger man? One young man asked when he was in front of me scooping out food from the buffet for his dinner...i wanted to cry and cry...and felt missing Novembar haaha

A life is like floating water on the river, it keeps moving moving and moving on...

A life of a chef is no fun but entertaining, a chef is not a machine and he does get tired but the clientel must never see it.

I'm back in Perth, and i will be at Spring Cafe 459 Hays St Perth tomorrow, Thursday and Friday.

Burgers are available to order from 11am or just come in and order...
