Winter is when the real work begins. 🌿

This week in the vineyard, pruning has started across our estate blocks. Every cut is a quiet decision. each cane we remove shapes the vine's energy, the cluster size, and ultimately the wine in your glass next vintage.

Our vines were planted in the late 1970s. They've been through a lot of winters. We like to think they know what they need. and we're just listening carefully.

This is the part of winemaking most people never see. the cold mornings, the frost-tipped fingers, the slow and deliberate work row by row. It's not glamorous. But it's everything.
