30 hrs a week (4 shifts 6.30am-2 pm), Must be available to do training for the afternoon shifts also. Casual Role Fixed shifts
-Manage reception services to ensure a positive customer experience
-Complete Guests Arrivals & Departures
-Collect payments and issue invoices
-Receive phone calls and process reservations via choice advantage
-Process Group reservations
-Respond to guests and business partners e-mails
-Maintain Front Office Cleanliness
