People often ask why CSC has so many protein added options, healthy smoothies and gluten-free goodies.

The answer is actually pretty simple…

We’re just a family who spends a lot of time around sport.

Between Hyrox, footy, dance, early mornings, long weekends and trying to fuel everyone properly, those are the foods and drinks we naturally reach for ourselves.

So when we create our menu, we build the kind of options we’d genuinely order.

Don’t worry… there’s still pancakes, burgers and Biscoff everything. 😅 But if you’re looking for something with a little more protein or something gluten free, we’ve got plenty of options because that’s just part of our everyday life.

It’s not a trend for us, it’s just us!
