SUNDAY AUGUST 20th. Save the date if you want a satisfied belly full of happiness. We really hope our South West community gathers around and supports our first ever kitchen take over pop-up.

Chef Cassie Wu has been an absolute weapon in the Ooze & Tang kitchen and we're so excited for her to take over for a day. The braised beef and warm spices in this dish are downright droolworthy. This is a comforting, cosy, steaming hug of a meal.

It'll be a very casual and fun lunchtime affair. Come and eat. Cafeteria style service where the tables turn quickly. No bookings.

Anyone who visited our old lunch bar Street Project for ramen knows that our Chef/Owner at Ooze & Tang, Isaac Pereira, has a deep love for noodles in broth. He'll be Cassie's right hand man in the kitchen on Taiwanese Beef Noodle Soup Day.

Public Service Announcement! Not a sponsored post. Fun fact: we don’t only eat chef Isaac’s cooking…

We’re not associated with - but mannnn do we recommend the continental focaccia. It’s the saucy one in this picture. Just get it. Get that one. The other focaccias are good too. But it’s the sauce in the Conti that really scratches that itch, you know, hits the spot. Delicious! It made us as happily satisfied as the Pinsas at Claudio’s on Monaghans (also incredible FYI).

It’s so good to see cool people doing cool things in our old location. Congratulations guys.

While we’re here on our old socials. Thank you to everyone who used to come to our little lunch bar that has come to visit us lately in our rad new restaurant in Abbey. You’re all legends with exceptional taste.

Hello, Emily and Isaac here. We used to run Side Street Project. It was a super rad little hidden gem of a lunch bar.

Our big dream though, was always an evening venue. With food on plates and wine in glasses and everything.

Dude. It’s very, very likely coming to fruition. It’s looking like it’s actually happening. We'd love it if you gave the new venue a little like and followed the journey. Ooze & Tang
