For one evening only, two of Western Australia’s most compelling chefs will share a kitchen and a philosophy.

Stephen Thompson of joins Brendan Pratt, Executive Chef of Wayfinder Wine Bar & Restaurant in Dunsborough and the soon-to-open Wayfinder Winery & Farm in Cowaramup, for a dinner shaped by place, produce and a shared respect for the land.

Thank you to everyone who booked a seat for this special collaborative dinner with London’s .john.restaurant at our new winery, farm and restaurant.

It’s a privilege to bring together Trevor Gulliver, Brendan Pratt, Andrew Trio and Amy Dyson for an evening celebrating world-class West Australian produce, regenerative agriculture, low-intervention craft and the quiet connection between soil, glass and plate.
