Another huge shoutout, this time to Aileen, who, like us, has moved from the desert to the sea! Aileen is from Central Australia and fills our Front of House position as a Support Worker and as the welcoming smile for our customers. Thank you Durack, for making her feel so at home. Please join us in giving a massive Territory True shout out to Jessee, who came to us a year ago seeking Supported Employment, and has recently stepped up to a stand-alone position in our kitchen.

Our Supported Employees receive scaffolded mentorship and training while they earn and learn in our little cafe. This gives them experience and skills to fall back on as they seek employment in the industry.

Jessee’s humble but efficient manner has seen his confidence grow alongside Tom and Jamon at the grill. His polite and prompt service is a welcome addition to our True Crew. Well done Jessee! ☺️

Farewell Frances! After 8 months in our kitchen Frances is now off to Sydney. We thank her for her unwavering approach to her duties and to the employees we support.

Frances writes, ‘Thank you for giving me the opportunity to work here. I feel very lucky to have had this chance and I’m very happy to have been part of the team. I’ll miss working with everyone and wish you all the best for the future.’
