We always clearly list the collection “date” and “time”. It is important that you read these details before placing your order.

We do not operate a stall, so we’re unable to change collection dates to suit individual requests. While we do have a commercial kitchen, it is only available “any day, anytime” for whole tray orders. For smaller orders, please check our posts and order accordingly.

We have explained this to thousands of customers, but we still spend time clarifying it individually. To help us serve everyone more efficiently, please read the post carefully before placing your order.
