With over 25 years of dedicated experience in the food industry, our passion lies in bringing you complex Japanese flavors, crafted with care and integrity. We begin with a rich, 14-hour slow-cooked chicken bone broth, infused with aromatic herbs and fresh vegeta

bles, creating a deeply nourishing base. To this, we add a meticulously curated blend of sea salts, sourced from seven distinct oceanic regions, each contributing its unique mineral complexity and depth. Our fresh ramen noodles, crafted by an authentic Japanese ramen factory, provide the perfect canvas for this symphony of flavors.
