The Details
Key Responsibilities:
• Menu Ex*****on: Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to Mezbaan’s modern Indian recipes and plating standards.
• Kitchen Operations: Manage daily prep, monitor stock levels, and ensure minimal food waste.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure every dish meets our standards for taste, temperature, and visual appeal before it reaches the guest.
• Safety & Hygiene: Maintain a spotless kitchen environment in full compliance with food safety and health regulations.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Candidate Requirements:
• Proven Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a professional kitchen, specifically with Indian cuisine.
• Modern Flair: Experience with contemporary plating and modern cooking techniques is highly preferred.
• Technical Skill: Expert knowledge of tandoor, curry, and prep stations.
• Commitment: A strong work ethic and the ability to handle a busy service with a positive attitude.
